MOUNTAINS
To
dream of a mountain or mountains is common and is almost always about your
goals or your spirituality.
Mountains
in a dream can either be about obstacles or opportunities. Much depends on
the other symbols in your dream.
The
obstacle part is if you dream a mountain is in your way or if you have to
climb a mountain to get to a certain goal. The obstacles a mountain can
represent in a dream like this are things you need to overcome. Or perhaps
an outdated belief system or the way you handle problems in your life.
The
opportunities a dream like this can represent are symbolic of moving
closer to Spirit, moving towards a
high point
in your life or a higher state of being.
In
general, a mountain in your dream can symbolize higher concepts or
attainable goals. So much depends on the other symbols in your dream.
If
I were preparing a dream analysis for you I would also look at whether you
were climbing up the mountain or sliding down it. I would ask you if your
mountain had a snowcap and whether or not it was a single mountain or a
mountain range. There is always so much to consider.

Stones

are they?? I'm so glad you asked! Actually, there are several, three are
available on our Dream
Stone page.
Two of the
three located there, Nephrite Jade and Prehnite, are used for two separate
things. Nephrite Jade is good for working with lucid dreaming and also for
dream analyzing. Prehnite (my favorite) aids in remembering your dreams.
After
placing your full intent, put one of these stones under your pillow while
sleeping at night. By full intent I mean say (either out loud or to
yourself) what it is you want in a clear, concise statement. For example
you could say, "I will remember and understand my dreams fully when I
wake up."
Another
excellent stone for use with dream-work is Lapis.
Lapis can be placed over the third eye to aid one in developing insight
into one's dreams. It assists in providing a connection with the dream
forces which are working to both guide and counsel one during altered
states of consciousness.
