Stones to Assist With Your Dreams

Nephrite Jade and Prehnite, are used for two separate things. Nephrite Jade is good for working with lucid dreaming and also for dream analyzing. Prehnite (my favorite) aids in remembering your dreams. Just looking at Prehnite is calming. It is an absolutely beautiful stone. If you do not have one in your collection, please consider adding one! I personally guarantee that you will love it.

After placing your full intent, put one of these stones under your pillow while sleeping at night. By full intent I mean say (either out loud or to yourself) what it is you want in a clear, concise statement. For example you could say, "I remember and understand my dreams fully when I wake up."

Another excellent stone for use with dream-work is Lapis. Lapis can be placed over the third eye to aid one in developing insight into one's dreams. It assists in providing a connection with the dream forces which are working to both guide and counsel one during altered states of consciousness.
