First, clean your stones. Cleanse them with water and a clean brush to get rid of any organic matter. A new hard bristle toothbrush works great for this. Next, clear them of any psychic residue by putting them in open sunlight for 2-3 days. The stones you purchase from us will come already cleared, but you will still need to clean them with a brush and some water.

Take a small clear glass jar. Baby food jars work great for this. NEVER ever use plastic bottles or jars for elixirs. And NEVER ever use city or tap water. The chemicals in city or tap water can destroy the vibrational energies of the stones. Use distilled or reverse osmosis water for your elixir preparations.

Place your elixir stones, whose energies you want, into the jar.  You can use a pocket-sized stone, however, we find the smaller elixir sized stones used in pairs work best for elixir making purposes. Next, fill the jar with the distilled or reverse osmosis water. Place the lid on the jar.

Allow the jar to sit in the sun and moonlight for 24 hours. Do not mix the stones. Make a separate elixir for each group of stones. Watch to see if an algae forms. That only happens when some stray organic matter doesn't get cleaned out of your elixir stones. No problem. Throw out the water. Re-clean the stones and start over again.

Once the water has been charged in the sun and moonlight and you have tested for growth, put the jars on a back shelf. We have ours sitting in front of the books on one of our book shelves.  It is best not to have the jars touching each other if you are preparing more than one batch of elixirs.

HOW TO USE YOUR ELIXIRS

3 - 6 drops taken 3 - 4 times each day is recommended. Place the drops in your drinking water.

Another great way to absorb the elixirs is to place them in your bath water or mix them into your body lotion. These are both excellent methods of absorption into the body in addition to placing a few drops in your drinking water several times a day.

Here is a short list of some of my personal favorite stones that you can use for your elixirs including what their corresponding healing attributes and spiritual powers are. The booklet that comes with your Elixir kit describes all 22 stones in both sets.

Unakite - Spiritual Powers: Personal power, taking charge of one's life. Protection and leadership. Balances emotions in the body. Healing Attributes: Used to discover root causes of disease or malfunction; balances weight distribution to desired places.

Fluorite - Spiritual Powers: For spiritual growth, call the "guidance stone", dissipates negativity, aids in concentration and memory. Healing Attributes: Canker sores, ulcers, heartburn, sore throat, infections and intestinal tract.

Red Jasper - Spiritual Powers: Most powerful energy stone. Healing Attributes: For liver, kidneys, bladder, aura cleansing. Actually, I keep a large piece of Red Jasper on my desk to help restore my energy levels during the day. I put my hand on it often and sometimes just hold it for a minute or two. It has always amazed me how Red Jasper lives up to its reputation as an "energy stone". It really is! Remind me to include a free pocket-size piece of Red Jasper in your Elixir stone order. I want you to experience more energy during the day too!

Rose Quartz (my personal favorite!) - Spiritual Powers: Self acceptance, healing emotional wounds, stress, calm, peace. Healing Attributes: Use a cotton ball soaked in this elixir to reduce wrinkles and clear skin. Rub the elixir water soaked cotton ball all over your face. Also for pain relief, cough, burns, and lungs.  Soaking in a tub of Rose Quartz-infused bathwater is out of this world. You'll come away from the experience more at peace and feeling calm and "together". 

Sodalite - Spiritual Powers: Stimulates courage and endurance. Release of subconscious fears and guilt. Inner conflicts harmonized. Promotes understanding. Often called the "Wisdom Stone". Healing Attributes: Treatment of digestive disorders, balances gland metabolism, especially good for conditions of stress or worry.

Apache Tears - Spiritual Powers: Stimulates release of grievances. Protection. Healing Attributes: Eliminates toxins, reduces fear, alleviates muscle spasms.

You use different stones for different healings. Different stones for Spiritual unfoldment. Does it really work? Absolutely! These preparations are healing gifts from the Mother herself. Give them a try and notice the difference in the way you feel.
